Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Seyk (“the Service”), operated by Kansori (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
2. The Service
Seyk lets teams connect their own SQL Server databases, ask questions in plain language, and receive AI-generated SQL and results. The Service issues read-oriented (SELECT) statements and applies safeguards intended to prevent write operations, but you remain responsible for the credentials you connect (see §4).
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Workspace administrators control member access, database connections, and billing for their workspace. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Your data and databases
You retain all rights to your data. You confirm you are authorized to connect any database you add to a workspace and that doing so does not violate any law or agreement. We strongly recommend connecting with read-only database credentials. Query results are returned to you transiently and are not stored by the Service; query text, generated SQL, and execution metadata are logged for your workspace’s audit log.
5. AI-generated output
SQL and analysis produced by the Service are generated by machine-learning models and may be incomplete or incorrect. The generated SQL is always visible for review. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them for business decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other customers’ data; probing or circumventing security or usage limits; using the Service against databases you are not authorized to access; reselling the Service without our written consent; or using it in violation of applicable law.
7. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan limits (connections, members, AI-assisted queries) are described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace moves to the free plan and its limits. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
8. Availability and support
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided via the contact form on our website.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from AI-generated output, connected-database misconfiguration, or unauthorized access resulting from compromised customer credentials.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including abuse of usage limits or unlawful use. Upon termination we will, on request, delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
