Each question you ask — including refinements and data analyses in threads — counts as one AI query, even when the model can’t produce an answer. Re-running saved or published queries never counts: those hit your database directly with no AI involved.
You’ll see a warning at 80% of your monthly quota. At 100%, new AI questions pause until the calendar month resets (Singapore time) or an admin upgrades. Saved queries, dashboards, and everything else keep working.
Nothing is deleted. Connections beyond your new limit become inactive (the oldest stays active), existing members keep access while new invites pause over the cap, and re-upgrading restores everything instantly.
